Field Day - Original Oil Painting

"Field Day” is an original painting created by Erika Busse. Beginning plein air, painting outside, with acrylic paint, she captured the scene, values, and cows. Using oil to finish the painting in her studio, this piece is brilliant and has many layers! 

The scene was originally painted at the Biltmore Estate in Asheville. It features rolling hills, trees, mountains, and a vibrant sky. 

12x16” on canvas. Finished with archival varnish, comes with a wire back for hanging. Shipped in a handmade cardboard box with a rigid backing for the canvas to ensure a snug fit and safe arrival.
